News for cyclists
Five sets of service poles and bicycle stands were installed on the newly created cycling tourist routes of the island of Korcula, the purchase and installation of which was provided by the Dubrovnik-Neretva County, and the activity was funded by the Maritime and Multimodal Sustainable Passanger Transport Solutions and Services – MIMOSA – INTERREG HR-IT 2014 – 2020, in which the Dubrovnik-Neretva County is a project partner.
In Lumbarda, a service pole has been set up at the rest area on the Donje Blato bike path, and a stand has been set up on Bilin žal beach.
The service pole includes:
- Tire pump, 11 bar, double valve, auto and French
- Bicycle Repair Tool: ordinary screwdriver, adjustable wrench, Phillips screwdriver, tire change levers, double-sided spanners, Allen keys 2.5-10 mm,
- Lighting: 3W
- Light sensor (lights up at night)
- Solar panel: 20W
- USB charger: 1
We hope that the equipment will benefit cyclists, and that everyone will treat it responsibly, thus showing how much we love Lumbarda.
