The Slow Food Festival Korčula is a unique event dedicated to promoting local food production, preserving culinary tradition, and laying the foundation for the island’s sustainable development. In addition, products such as the traditional Lumblija (PGI) and Korčula Olive Oil (PDO), both protected at the European Union level, confirm the high level of quality and authenticity of the island’s offerings.
